Pavel Petrov is passionate about development, urban design, & architecture
Pavel recently graduated from the M.S. Real Estate Development program at Columbia University, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and has nearly a decade of experience in planning, urban design, and landscape architecture. He is interested in land and deal sourcing, financial analysis, underwriting, due diligence, development coordination, asset management and leasing. Pavel is interested in pursuing opportunities to develop and implement mixed-use projects that shape the built environment to foster strong resilient communities that address social, economic, and environmental factors.
